Is there any way to autoload your truck?
Like concrete slabs or the steel beams. When i tried to get them it placed them on the ground and i had to bring a crane truck in.

Not as far as I'm aware, but your first purchase should be the cargo truck with a crane attached to it. It costs like 27k and makes your life a whole lot easier.
no idea
Get the mule with crane, that solves it. You can get it very soon, lvl 3 or so.

And can you unload automatically? Or do I have to drive that rusty crane in the TUTORIAL mission (which doesn't explain that) to the Phosphate Plant as well and unload manually?

You load the stuff into the back of the cargo truck and drive the truck.

Only if you have everything needed on the truck. Like 1st transport mission you need 4 slabs and two pipes.
BUT if you don't have everything, just park the truck on the delivery point and reset.
Any delivers not amount critical will auto-unload when you park and remove straps.

Crane mule is pretty much mandatory (Game even informs you of this at the steel mill.) to avoid the tedious nature from loading the random this and thats for salvaging.
Well, this is why it is in the game, and it is cheap too, just get it and use it.

If there is an outline of the item, it needs to be placed there. Otherwise, if there is a zone or a circle, you just need to drive the goods into it. You may also need to unstrap it before it will take it.

Read what the objective is telling you.

Demo didn't have it. Full game doesn't seems to as well.
If it was there it would be similar to Snowrunner, you drive to rectangle active area and menu pop-ups where you can choose what to auto-load.

Autoload in warehouse can help a lot. Loading using a crane is really slow, difficult and boring after a while.
