Flickering Fog

There is some kind of fog effect that flickers on my screen constantly when playing. It is is so distracting and jarring I am unable to enjoy the demo. The flickering can be seen through terrain and almost seems to be centered around the player. I have changed every single video setting and nothing alleviates the issue. I am have an Intel i5-12600k and Intel Arc A750.
