Saber always adds exclusive DLC for the public later because..... it's money! Loyal players should get something at the beginning, for their faith and patience. Because full pre-order packs are very rarely sold at discounts, usually always at full price.

ok i understand it .... but why this dlc dont have something like "comming soon" in discription - it's weird that after clicking on dlc the game redirects to the Steam store where there is no dlc :D

It will happen someday. Right now, they sold this as preorder bonus, they wont sell it asap, how fair would it be for those who preordered lol. Bet on several months maybe a year.
