You've got problems if you're not trolling.
Steam support never refunds part of the bundle they are just repeating their crap about more than 2 hours of played time and thats it
Did you actually get through to someone? Cause if they’ve been responding this fast there’s a high probability it’s still the bit answering you.
You have to push through the bot to get to someone real (one of the most frustrating parts of steam).
I’ve had to do that before for a game I’d played a lot more than 2h in (almost 15) to get a refund. Had to show I was having severe tech difficulties that were acknowledged by the dev but not fixed. In the end I got a refund.
Took a lot of pushing. Just comes down to how bad you want a refund
Defo not true. I've preordered multiple games over the years, and honestly the, disapointemnt/bad purchases have been the minoriy. Though i do tend to spend a lot of time looking into games before i drop my money on them
