no sounds

when i pay the demo i have no sounds what so ever even restarted the game few time and steam still no sound

I'm getting a weird sound issue where it's playing a fraction of the games sound for a split second every other second. Basically unplayable, tried restarting my pc, reinstalling, verifying, changing audio device, etc still the same, very odd and unfortunate.

i'm having a similar issue. my audio works everywhere else and in other games and discord and all that, but in this game everything is completely silent.

i did just switch to W11 and have been having occasional audio issues, not sure if that's the culprit

I have the Same issue. I am using Steelseries with GG. If i change the GAME and CHAT sound to Arctic Pro Wireless GAME then the sound works, but then I have the issue what "Unders1ash" have. Can anyone conrifm that? Please fix this Dev. team.

Try to switch to diffrenent sound devices and find one that probably have same name as your headphones and then go to sound settings in windows and turn this off

Same for me, but so far I've tried it only with bluetooth headphones (Bose QC II). Moreover, not only there's no sound from the game, but the game itself turns off all sounds, completely muting my PC.

Does the exact same for me, no sound on my hole pc.

open game -> go to sound devices -> find one that look almost like your bt headphones -> then go to sound settings and disable it, thats how i fix it in roadcraft

Dude... That isn't a fix, I don't know why you are spamming this. What you're describing isn't a common problem, and posting that as a "fix" multiple times is just unnecessary and annoying.

Yes, this is the fix, everyone above is describing the same problem that I had and this is how I fixed it, if it doesn't work for you, maybe you should buy new headphones. But if you're so angry that I'm trying to help someone, that's probably your problem

Yea, my only fix is using my headphones in hands-free mode, but it hurts my ears

I have the same issue. The game has no music or sound effects. And there is some weird pop coming out from time to time.
I suspec this might be related with those old audio format that Saber interactive uses for its games.
