Thank you for getting back to us with all of that information!
Can you please turn off Cloud Saves by right-clicking the game in your library - properties - general tab - disabled Cloud saves.
Then go to the following folder directory:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RSG_Parasol\Saved\SaveGames
Move your saved folder to somewhere else on your PC, so there is no saves in the save folder (Don't delete it just move it somewhere else).
Then attempt to launch the title and see if the issue still occurs and whether or not a new save crashes at all.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Regards,
Team17 Support
I did as you said. There has been no progress as expected. The crashes occur randomly as I am searching for new research. It happened before the first franchise meeting and well after opening the black market. The director was Hitch, and she was sitting in her office.

Thank you for getting back to us.
We're sorry to hear the issue is still on-going after the update.
I can see from your DxDiag that you have quite a few Windows errors appearing including a LiveKernelEvent with error code 141 - this is usually indicative of some issues caused by your graphics drivers or RAM.
We would recommend running a memory test check. You can find a few options on how to do this in the following guide[www.howtogeek.com] though we strongly recommend using MemTest86[www.memtest86.com] for a comprehensive scan of your RAM.
• Please note that MemTest86 can take a while to complete its full scan - the timing is dependent on how much RAM you have on your system.
If you find the issue persists following this or the MemTest didn't highlight any issues with your memory, can you please perform a clean install of your graphics drivers? For steps on how to do this, please see the following article:
• Using DDU to perform a Clean Install of your Graphics Drivers.[team17.helpshift.com]
If the issue persists after this, can you please share with us another updated dxdiag, preferably one after the crash has occurred?
Get back to us when you can!

Thanks for your reply.
Apologies, to confirm is this the same save crashing at the same points on a different PC/hardware set-up?
If yes, could you please can you pop us your save over by email so we can pass this to the team to look into?
You can find it here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RSG_Parasol\Saved\SaveGames
Please send this to us by email here[team17.helpshift.com] as a compressed zip folder, including a link to this thread and your latest dxdiag from both computers.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your reply.
Could you please share with us a dxdiag for both PCs, after the game has crashed for each one?
This might help us see if there are any similarities in the crashes at all.
Get back to us when you can!

PC 2_test: https://justpaste.it/fvble
Thank you kindly for sharing both of those with us.
Can you please make sure that your second PC has updated GPU drivers as we can see that these are out of date for your RTX 3060.
To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/224483/en-us/
Unfortunately, in both dxdiags we're unable to see any Undead Inc crash information, in your main PC there's a lot of system errors and bluescreens and in your secondary PC there are a lot of other game and application crashes.
Could you please run the Windows Memory Diagnostic on both PCs as well?
- Type Memory in Windows search and press Enter
- Select Windows Memory Diagnostics result
- Click Restart now and check for problems (recommended) (note that your PC will restart immediately)
- A memory test will run during start-up and display any detected errors – this might take awhile
- Replace or repair faulty RAM module(s) if errors are found
If the game continues crashing, can you please try the steps in this article to perform a clean boot? A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and start-up programs. This way we can see whether an application may be causing this to happen on either PC.https://team17.helpshift.com/hc/en/3-team17/faq/72-how-to-perform-a-clean-boot/
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.

Thanks for getting back to us.
We understand your frustration, unfortunately we need to troubleshoot all possible solutions for issues. We're unable to see Undead Inc crashes in your system however we do see the crashes mentioned above occurring which may well be contributing to the game crashes.
If it is the same save file on both pc's that is crashing, please email us the saved file as we've requested above and we can look into this further.
You can find it here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RSG_Parasol\Saved\SaveGames
Please send this to us by email here[team17.helpshift.com] as a compressed zip folder, including a link to this thread and your latest dxdiag from both computers.
