Outhouse
Pirate's Monument
Well
Figurehead
Barrels
Skeleton Cage
It would be nice if the trade offers for decorations came up more often.
I don't remember the pirate quests giving decorations, but I defeated the normal pirates pretty quickly. But it would be pretty stupid if you couldn't get certain decorations anymore because the pirates were defeated.
I have the following ones:
- black board
- hay ball
- dump toilet
- bird cage
- great shell
- treasure chest
- boat
- pirate statue
- meeting point
- clock
- well
- theatre
- anchor
- barrels
- flag
- straightening wheel
- gallows
Which one is missing????
In campaign you got the skeleton cage, but in free play you dont get it
If it is.. that means you can only get that achievement from the story line to get all 18 and you would HAVE to do it right when diplomacy is unlocked and not advance the quests. If you knock out one of the pirates.. it just makes it that much harder.
Thank you

These were done in the story mode.
Im thinking the only way you get the 18 achievement is story mode.. which sucks. If you follow the story.. you start wiping out pirates.. thus removing the side quest option which gives you a chance at the decorations. As long as it has not already materialized on the map.. what pops up is random while heavily favoring coins for gold.
I had already defeated the story on easy mode and was working the hard mode when that thought came to me. I stopped all progress in the story and just farmed insignia and coins. I saved regularly. then when the very 1st side quest pops up, pause and look at where ships are etc. Reload from your previous save spot. Advance the time until the ships get close to where they were when it pops and then save again.
Once your saved BEFORE it materializes, you can reload to your hearts content to get them before advancing. I let all 4 materialize, had a ship sitting there and then paused the game. opened all 4 at once. If i got a decoration, I saved, if not, reload. That way you get 4 randoms every cycle in a hope that at least one of them is a decoration.
I hope that helps. Its a cheesy way.. but completely impossible under normal play if you follow their storyline.
Make sure to stop the storyline BEFORE you conquer Pantaloon Island or you lose Jack as a 4th look.
I now have 19 - I just added Rowboats (between Pirate Monument and Treasure Chest. Since there are now 19 confirmed decorations, it appears you can get the achievement in either mode. You just get a free one with the story mode. If more happen to pop in - I will update my list.
