quest: the great pirate

i got this quest, i explored the map, and ive seen an island in the north that at least has a lot of rocks around, maybe it looks like a leaf, and i can drive around this island, but i cant properly see it as there is some invisible border around it, also its not uncovered from fog. i really dont know how to perform this quest, do i have to start an exploration or something?

I think you're looking for a spot in the vicinity of the two smaller archipelagos to the north and east of Rat Island, let me know if you get stuck again!

I've just checked and its the smallest island within the cluster to the east of Rat Island. You also need to collect all 4 messages in a bottle first, so remember to grab these!
