Can someone explain how to get it?
I finished every part of the game, got everything done. Except this.
I understand the relics required, bit what character? And which skills? Please help me, farming for days now

Weird, none of these builds work for me, even with higher level skills than the posted pictures. 26k or so is max

What character is the way to go?

Disable the Shortcuts... they are crap.
Focus on Relic rooms and a Health amount of 150-200 when defeating Bosses.
Use Discount Potions in Blood Relic Rooms (Bosskill without taking damage).

I am using the Summoner Set as a base, because of the lvl 5 Ember heart.
You can clear the first 10 Stages with his basic equipment, to focus on other things.
If you get the Chance to pick a Reboot Key in the Blood Relic Room, there will be 5 Common Relics rerolled alone out of the Basic Amber Heart (Max level of the Character required).

My favorite Ground Relics are: Pickaxe (Prio Nr.1), Endless Elixir, Cup of Avarice (if in early Game), Beast Fangs, Fortune Earrings, Healing Belt, Hexagonal Die and Merchants Bauble.

Then you have Potion Rooms in every Shop.
Collect Wealth, Duplication Potions and Money, but use any affordable potion directly (Max HP with the Healing Belt and possibly nice Potions through the Endless Elexir).
If your Potion Inventory is full and in the Next Potion Shop when there are another Potions of them, use all Wealth Potions and spread all the Money on the Floor, without collecting it. Then use the Duplication Potions to duplicate the duplicates and so on.
Now you are Rich and with a high enough Bank Account in combination with a high leveled Pickaxe, you are a Bulldozer with nearly any Damage spell.

Repeat the Wealth/Duplication Potion Circle over and over and you will become stronger and stronger.
In my last Max Hardcore Run, every Boss was down after activating my main Damagespell once.

Have a look on my Screenshots... there are plenty of them.

Ah... and Rule #1... Purification Potion is the true and pure evil. Throw them away... cast it into the Fire... don't ever use them. Ban it from the List of usable Items. ^^

Just:
1. (or smth other with high damage with 1 deal)
2. Duet
3. any BASE multishot spell with LOW base damage, but high POTENTIAL

Variations for 3rd:
Pop - Best In Slot (!!!!!!!)
Butterfly
Rainbow
Serpent
Lightning Dash

Variations for 1st:
Shining Star Arrow - Best in Slot
Rock 'n' Ball
Evil Slayer Sword
Fierce Dragon Breath (only with pre-Fuse)

need to upgrade only 1st and 2nd
and then any boosts to up damage on 1st spell (DMG Enhanced, overload, Core of Thunder, core of flame)
parasite + troll serum for Pop
2-3 level magic bullet

multiply all of this by grimoires

when not enough mana:
Volley (best in slot) - just add cheap casts after duet
Fuse (not recommended with Shining Star Arrow)
Energy Saving Mode
