is COOP online and good?

just wonder. youtube videos show gameplay with splitscreen so, is the coop mode online? or local. is good?.

Game has the wrong tag then, it should be Local Co-op and not Co-op.

check out this list, many intersting beat'em ups (and some very beat'em up-like games) you can find on Steam, the description states if it has online (if it says REMOTE PLAY then it dosent have online in game per say)
