Fatal Error issue going ignored?

I bought this game within the first 15 minutes it was released. i have since made multiple discussions addressing the fact that my game has gone from playable, to suffering multiple fatal error crashes every 20 min, to now being at the point where i cannot load into my game anymore because as soon as i do it crashes. i wont go into detail once again about all the "fixes" i have tried because i have already done so in the other posts, but I honestly have received little to no actual help from the devs themselves other than 1 response that only asked what my specs were (even though i fully listed them in another post yet i still listed them again and received no response. I had such high hopes for this game and honestly did enjoy the gameplay itself when i could actually play it, but my experience over the last few days has almost made me completely regret ever buying this game. So unless i am able to receive some actual help today, ill have to unfortunately join the "do not pay any money for this game" group, seeing how i have been stuck with a $50 game that i literally cannot even play for at least the last 3 days now. DEVS, IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE GAME AT ALL AND NOT JUST THE MONEY THEN FIX THIS.

Well it's very understandable that you, and other people, are very frustrated with the game due to different reasons.
After playing for a while I came to the conclusion that the game was never really tested. There are way too many glaring issues that you 100% run into by just playing the game but none of it was fixed before release.

I heard there is an issue with the game and intel CPUs aswell which makes the game crash.

I can recommend remnant 2 as the 3rd DLC will release soon though. Very good AA soulslike that's worth the money for sure.

yeah i could also tell that the game probably recieved little to no improvements from the demo but even the demo at least could be played. the most frustrating part is the lack of any help or even real acknowledgment from the devs at all even though i have had the issue and made many attempts to get help since the first hour of the games release. so now i cannot get a refund because the steam support doesnt care about anything other than the play time being over 2 hours and i also can get any help to make the actual game work, so im down the $50+ and have a game i no longer can even launch anymore.

Look, unfortunately I have the exact same problem, fatal error.. plus today the game doesn't load and it crashes instantly.. Honestly, I've tried them all, I don't know where to turn my head anymore!

yup its really upsetting tbh when you cant even get the game support to respond and help you actually play their own game. Just feels more and more like they only care about the game being purchased and then once they got that, its like they dont care

The question about specs is required for us to fix this issue, it looks like this issue is going further than simple fixes that may work in some cases, for which I apologise, but i can assure you that our dev team is trying to fix the fatal error for everyone at this point

i played for like 10 hours without issues. Today I got two fatal error after like, idk, 20 minutes of gameplay.

4070 super. ryzen 5 7600x, 32gb ram ddr5 6000hz, w11, installed on nvme wd_black. Latest nvidia drivers and updates.
