I can afford to use the mask as I use Highborn mask for increased memoria gain but I can absolutely ditch it for Spaventa's mask.
At 20 Trickster the fully upgraded mask brings you from 140 stamina to 210.
Guise of Spaventa is +17.5 stamina every rank after that. As Choobs mentions, should be +70 when its upgraded to +3.
(Unfortunately, at the time of this post, most of the other masks do not increase in effect when upgraded. I wish Highborn Mask did, because that could have been +120% Memoria on Kill, but that's one of the masks that don't change values when upgraded.)
The Sips of the Past item can be handy just before defeating a boss - but limited supply (or at least I haven't kept an eye out on an enemy that drops it IF it is farmable.
And though I'll run into this issue soon enough, there is one perk in Trickster that should let a finishing blow kill the weaker enemies just to take them off the board to focus on the moderate or elite enemies.
