Infinte Memoria and Innovator upgrade Bug

Sure, it's nice but should maybe be patched out.
When standing on the "Turf of the Coastal Horror" Cordia there is an enemy killing crabs on the far end of the beach. The memoria for that however is given to me. So I get them for free and only have to rest every few minutes.
Also directly next to the cordia is a blue fire that gives upgrade material for the Innovator perks. This keeps respawning after every rest.
