Stipple/Flipnote effect on drawings?

Hey, noticed that certain drawings had a cool stipple/dot effect on them and I was wondering how people did it? any help would be appreciated :)

Do you have premium/deluxe?
I think if so, you press R for the different patterns while having the bucket fill selected.. and then can shape fill them with the Q tool I guess
