How is it that Devs still fail to fix STUTTERING?!?
The solve is in and is known. The latest version of Unreal have them baked in and the method for ensuring it does not happen are well known. It is laziness or incompetence?

It's Unreal, it will stutter. Epic haven't fixed it and probably never will.

WRONG! The issue has been identified and resolved as of 2 builds ago. Please STFU if you don't know what you're talking about.
Additionally the whole issue could be avoided even before that by implementing a different asset pipeline. So again if you don't know what you're talking about dont say anything.
