It works, but the problem is the controller. You'll have to set a custom controller config for the keyboard/mouse, as LB and RB won't work on the standard set (they're assigned as mouse wheel up and down on steam, which don't register in the game).

You could also use an app called Parsec. It's a free cloud sharing service. I use it a lot for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
