Game crashes when trying to start the next season!??

So the problem I'm having is I just finished my first season of Motogp. I already moved up the ranks moto3-2. Every time i get to the Enable sprint race section it crashes. I can play the game in single player just fine. Its just the career mode thats crashing the game.
Also i did just buy the VIP dlc multiplier. Maybe thats issue IDK. Im reinstalling the game now.
Any thoughts TIA

The same thing is happening to me. I have reinstalled the game, tried the -dx11 and -dx12 launch options. Like OP, when select the option for enable or disable sprint race, presumably the last step, it crashes. UE4-MotoGP23 has crashed and will close

This turned out to be related to a customised bike, KTM Parts Europe. I had to select Red Bull to get past it. We'll see if I can come back to the custom bike after this season ends.

At the end of the season with Red Bull, I couldn't select KTM Parts Europe again, so I don't know if it would have worked.

same here, also when before or after the race sometime will crash and the game was closed
