1080p & 120Hz not possible?

In the settings the refresh rate 120Hz is only available in low resoltutions. At 1600x and 1920x only 60Hz is to choose. Must be a bug?! Any fix?

Old post but I wanted to reply anyways in case anyone came across this question, If you are on Linux it's as easy as using the launch option

DXVK_FRAME_RATE=# %command%

Where # is the number of frames you want to limit, this works for almost all proton games.

Sadly I don't think so, this is a Linux feature with DXVK tho I know you can get DXVK on Windows but I have no idea if it works and DXVK fromw aht I heard doesn't work very well on Windows
