Hi, this is a situation that has me exhausted and very stressed.

As you can see in the title, I recently bought the game today. I installed it, and it turns out the game doesn't open. I get the error you see in the title.

I did everything to fix it.

Download the official Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable and click "vcredist_x86," and it doesn't work.

I did it with the x64 version, and it didn't work either.

I originally fixed this error with another game and with the Epic Games launcher 5 months ago. I downloaded some missing DLL files and copied them all to my Windows 11 System32 and SysWOW64 folders.

But with Lego Batman, things are different, and I have no idea what to do.

Please, I need help.

I would start by having Steam verify the game files.

I guess the next thing would be to go to Installed Apps in Windows, look for any entries for Visual C, and see if there is a "repair" option.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest, apart from basic things like remove the game, or maybe Visual C, and reinstall it.
