Biplane Blast boss fight glitch

The second turret after shooting the boss helicopter won't blow up, the helicopter just misses every shot. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try restarting the level to see if it fixes itself? If that doesn't do it, then I dunno.

Ended up having to restart the whole game, that worked
