-Toxic waste isn't even dangerous if you are driving, unless you are playing a vehicule level;
-Don't forget to switch characters from time to time if you are playing alone. It's a coop game at first, and the CPU controlled character isn't very useful;
-Holding the attack button allows you to target with the batarang which allows you to perform ranged attacks;
In other words, either you played the game too much like a singleplayer game (by ignoring Robin for example), or you are unfortunately not clever enough to solve very easy puzzles, or you didn't even bother to read the tips displayed DURING the level. You gave up too early, so your post is most likely invalid.
No, it's really not. However, it does have one specific issue that might have caused you some problems.
If Vertical Sync is not enabled when playing this game, some objects in the game may not interact properly. It can cause a number of different problems, including not being able to make some simple jumps from one surface up onto another.
You didn't mention what kind of problems you had, but you might want to give the game another try and make sure that V-Sync is turned on in the settings. And if you're still having problems, have Steam, or something else, display the frame rate, and make sure that it matches the rate displayed in the game settings. Some things can override the V-Sync setting in the game, so the game may say that it's on, but it's really not.
You're either playing this wrong or bugs are causing you trouble (e.g vysnc not being on).
Frame rates may break games if they are too high, and the Windows port of that game is from 2008... Basically, PCs have got so powerful nowadays that we sometimes have to set limits so that they can run old games well.
I have recently played that game on a gaming laptop from 2020 with Vertical Sync enabled (which limits the frame rate at the same time but not too much), but I have never got that bug. Basically what Waste_of_Skin said.
You're welcome. The V-Sync issues in this game have been causing problems for many for years. Would be nice if they'd just do some kind of fix, but I guess that's not going to happen.
