To get there I went to This PC, Local Disk, Users, (your name / name of pc), (for this next step make sure hidden folders are set to visiable) AppData, Roaming, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment,
I looked for an older lego game that did have those, found LEGO Indiana Jones in Lucas Arts rather than the Warner Folder and copied the 2 items inside (cashed shaders and pcconfig), went back to the Warner Folder, created a LEGO Batman folder and pasted them in. Now it launches fine.
It still would crash if i changed the resolution, but if that is an issue you can set that manually in the pcconfig file you copied in.
Another fix I found for Lego Batman 2 that wouldn't launch was to go into the pcconfig file (that was there. I did not need to paste it in.) and change the Refresh rate to 59 or 60. My monitor has a much higher refresh rate that I think might have caused the issue. Once I changed that Batman 2 launched with no issues.
I hope one of these might help you.
