Game is Bugged

On every platform there is a invisible ceiling above them. And another bug is the control with the robots and they wont move plz fix this.

Try turning on Vertical Sync in the game options. That has fixed problems in this game for some, especially problems controlling the remote car.

Yes, V-sync on fixed the remote control car in the first level and the bad combat response, but it seems that the tech suit for Robin is plain out bugged in the nightclub. He won't fight, use a decoy or activate the panels despite V-sync being on.

My first guess would have to be V-Sync. Playing without it can cause various problems in this game. For example, I was playing once and there was a place where I had to jump from a moving platform up onto the surface above, and I just couldn't get up there until I turned V-Sync on (the characters jumped, but didn't make it onto the higher surface).
