Catwoman Level Car not driving over ramps in greenhouse

I'm having a problem where I can't progress because the car won't drive over the ramps to activate the red->green spots. The ramps are too high so the car won't drive over.
I do have V-Sync on which is what some people have had issues when it comes to the car... but it hasn't assisted me with this issue.
The car can't jump, i've tried using the bricks as the flowers break to get up. It seems like the game has generated the ramps to high in the environment...
Anyone got any thoughts? or a work around to get past this? Thanks

Try with the Video and Effects at their lowest/off settings, and all Extras turned off. You can pause and change just before/straight after the glitch, so you don't have to run through the whole thing in terrible graphics. This has solved a lot of the glitches I've had so.... Good Luck.
