Custom Character Texture Issue

i just got the game through Epic, I just got to the point where Arkham is unlocked so that I could make my characters, but when I got to the character room, I noticed all of the outfits (everything except the heads and hair/hats) were completely black, as if it He textures were missing. Is there a solution to this problem? I’m on PC

Yeah I've got the same issue and I got the game through Epic Games Store as well, I hope someone finds a fix.

And I'm sure Epic messed something up with the game because I had a physical copy of the game years ago and the problem wasn't there. (I don't have the copy anymore and my CD RW is garbage and doesn't work most of the time, but who even uses CDs these days?)

Same situation here, when you leave the Experiment Room (Customization room) the textures display normally, as soon as you re enter the character customization spot it fades back to black. Hopefully there's a solution.

Hey guys, today I checked the PSP version (on an emulator for Android, if someone's wondering) the textures are normal, apparently only the Epic Store version has this issue.
