Jumping Issues -- HELP!!!!!

Having lots of problems with jumping. When I jump off of some platforms (the blocks in Jokers Masterpiece for instance) the character bends his knees and goes throught the jumping motions but stays stuck to the block ..... neither joker or scarecrow will jump.

The characters jump normally once they are off of the blocks .... Is anyone else having this issue? It kind of breaks the game as we cannot progress.!!!!

Happens with controller and with keyboard

try to jump moving the character. It happens when you press jump while you stay still

If you're still having problems, try turning vertacle sync on. It works with most of the LEGO games with this issue.

Vertical Sync toggle is not working for me either - what a waste of time I spent on this game only to be stuck towards the end of the level.
