The New Update 0.6.5 causes FPS DROP!?

In the previous version (0.6.4), it has some lag issues. For example when generating stages, or when playing in the poolrooms. But it wasn't a huge problem as it only occurs 1/5 times when I play in the poolrooms, just need to rewind it and it's good to go again.

Now after the new update, EVERY map has 1/3 chances to have lag issue, and that's even after I set everything to the LOWEST settings.
It's even worse in the poolroom, my fps drop to 1, yes O-N-E.



I look into this and notice that some has similar issue with me, but some also says their performance was enhanced. So I'm not sure what causes this

As a note, I stream and play this game even before this new update, so that shows that my system has MORE than what's needed to run this game smoothly. I stream other games even more demanding than this and they don't have this issue.
