Playroom is too difficult
I've tried for 3 hours on the playrooms and I find it difficult because of the tight corridors and the long one way entrance to the fuse box for the arcade, I can manage the two entities but when the lights are out and its so dark and now there's another monster chasing you after you get the second power fuse I can't help but feel that you have to pray they don't come at you from the front and back after you change fuses because there's always one guaranteed to come to you when you change the fuse. You can't juke them out because it's so tight and you cant stay still because the tentacle head drops leeches that force you to move when you don't want to. If you get the ear sound guy for rng its over you lost that round.

Am I just terrible at this level or is this level extremely difficult compared to every other room in the game? Please send tips if you have beaten this level

It definitely needs to be tuned better. At least a checkpoint in the arcade so you can start with the second fuse. It seems like you need crazy good rng to finish the level.

yeah it's way too hard, also when using custom mode to turn off enemies it doesn't work

What makes it difficult are the shear amount of entities, especially after the arcade. In addition to the Necropede and The Tenant, I have had Smiley, wyrm, and Gangler after me. I dont have custom mode on either. With the level being so dark, I think the Necropede and Tenant are enough.

To the OP, agreed, game is real rough on this level. Tuned for crazy hard.

Yeah it's way overtuned, I'll be taking a break until the difficulty gets tweaked a bit because as it is right now, it's straight up not fun and I refuse to waste my time on it any more than I already have.

Devs just need to test maps before releasing it as an update. Or maybe they did.

Glad to know I am not the only one struggling. The furthest I have gotten was putting both fuses into the Chewtopia fuse box. But there are way too many entities and still too many dead ends after the update.

Jep, too hard. Too dark in the "first fuse half", too many random pitfalls - also weird reverb, Like these playgrounds have no walls, no floor, no ceiling - what is there to reverb? It would be far scarier if the sounds were absolutely dry.

I finally beat the level but took hours of dying over and over again. almost broke my keyboard a few times out of frustration being so close to the end and falling or reaching a dead end.

I think the playground is a terrible update. The level is bland and boring. No walls. No hiding spots. Nothing like the past levels. The smelling aspect is down right stupid. On top of that you have to collect and use deodorant which doesn't last long, realistically, so this centipede head thing, doesn't sniff you and kill you. Then you have to play and win and collect 250 tickets. Once you do get the key-card, wow, great, you can now get the second fuse. Then you have to backtrack and find the other if you haven't done so. Doing all this now, trying to stay alive against the snake. WHAT!? The Escape The Backrooms has better level design than this. It wasn't at all frustrating. It was memorable to say the least. It was fun. I come back for more. Once I did get the fuse though, I died. I wasn't going to play it again. I'd rather play My Little Pony on the Switch than play it again.
