How do you get the combination? How do you tell which secretary/officer it is? I've opened the mailbox already.

There's some hints as to who's secretary, so I just brute forced the few combinations it could be based on who they were paired with. I'm sure I missed something.

I also just brute-forced the combination. I wonder if there are some hints that you can find the solution without brute-forcing.

there are, you can find dated documents and determine the weeks that it could fall on

They had the maintenance guy Frank install the new lock mechanism. So I went to the first F maintenance guy and then input the secretary 2 numbers then security last 3 numbers, then brute forced the replacement secretary numbers and got lucky.

Which dated documents tell you what the date is? Once you get the date you can figure out the week and thus who the current secretary/security guard are but I don't see anything with a date. The requests for time off mention the 16th of October. So is that what you're talking about and we assume the game uses real dates so this would be the 42nd week?
