Hello IBM23 community. I hope all of you are well. I have been playing IBM23 for a short time, but I do have some suggestions that may assist in overall improvement of the game. If these have been previously discussed then my apologies for reviewing old content.

I do notice a lack of weight and wingspan information for the players, and I wonder if this can be incorporated into the game. It's quite possible that it already is through Strength, Marking, Blocking and Rebounding, but I wonder if there is the possibility of adding that information to the area where height and age are shown. That way, game players can see the possible defensive abilities of a player with a long wingspan and potentially try to hire them as opposed to a player of similar ability but shorter wingspan.

Weight is an obvious difference maker when heavy players post up against light players, as well as when light players are on the perimeter and typically have a speed advantage against a heavy player. Naturally, there are exceptions, like LeBron James, but he's also a legend for a reason Obviously there aren't many players as tall and heavy as Shaq when he played, but that's definitely a factor to consider when, for example, your scout has found a good youth player who is quite tall for their age. If they were also heavy, the game player could consider taking the risk of trying to convince the youth player to join the game player's U18 team via Negotiation Points, etc.

The other suggestion I have is to make comparing players to one another a bit easier. For example, when comparing a Free Agent Point Guard to your starting Point Guard, if there's a way to either split the screen (for those of us who don't have more than one monitor) or allow for the game player/user to click an arrow that easily lets the screen advance from one player to the other, back and forth, similar to when there are more than 4 transfer offers made and the game player/user checks the Status of Offers screen. Clicking the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner to move between the pages makes that easy to navigate.

The last suggestion I have is very minimal but may help bring more realism to the game. Having each player either shoot right- or left-handed could add a nice touch to the players, and could even be included in the statistical considerations of how a player performs against a right-handed defender as opposed to a left-handed defender.
