Game/Mouse Lag Fix

So i was having the same issue everyone has with the game laggin or mouse laggin in the game. "MY" fix was to go to game properties (click the little gear icon and choose properties) then choose controller from the left menu and disable controller support completely. Then plug in your controller EVEN IF YOU AREN'T USING ONE, and BAM its fixed!
