It's been like that for a few months for me, them discounting one title at a time.

Crysis 2... Hmmmm... AI seems not as good (had never played the original 2). Still good, still can see you from 200m away but I haven't seen any proper flanking attempts like in 1 and they seem a tad less responsive. And they ruined shotguns. Shotguns in 1 were amazing. They behaved like IRL shotguns when compared to the in-game rifles. Shotguns in 2 behave like shotguns in most video games. As in, if I was handed a shotgun with this much spread and inaccurate, I would take it to a gunsmith to get it fixed.
Gameplay is still great though. How were these shooters so good? Why are more modern shooters lacking so much of what made these great? The meatiness of shooting your gun... Oooofff. Why use anything but the scarab? It just feels so good to shoot.
