Some people suggested overlays would affect it, but I disabled all overlays I had and there was no difference. I saw a Steam guide on here that suggested running ultra low latency mode for this game in the Nvidia control panel, and I must say I'm not certain if I ran that on the remaster, so maybe that's worth a try if you haven't already.

Intel Core i5 13600K / Noctua NH-D15 Chromax black
Gigabyte Z790 AERO G
Corsair DDR5 Vengeance 2x16GB 6000
Gigabyte Geforce RTX 4090 Windforce 3
Samsung 980 PRO 2TB M2
Just tried low latency, doesn't fix it. Oh well, honestly it's during a very short time of the game and isn't game breaking by any means. Hope they fix it, but oh well, still a kickass series!!!
