It favors people with slow internet to make the game "fair". Yeah, right...
For instance, I see someone first and shoot first, I get 4 hitmarkers. He reacts, hipfires in my direction and the second hit kills me. It's becoming an issue for me where I really can't even make any kills.. I just finished a round 2-28, because every single person just out-damages me no matter what I try.
Even the considered OP weapons (Bal, AK, EM1) don't work for me. I can empty half the clip into someone, to just see them turn around with a red screen, panic spray and kill me in 2 hits...
I can clearly see that I am hitting a person, why the flying hell does it only give hits, but no kills >_<
Like it litterally feels like I have 10 health and all my enemies have 500...

heres a video of it screwing me over, and that is probably whats happening to you best way to get around it is to shoot in front of where they are going.

The lag compensation is designed to give those with slower internet a better online experience so they can compete with those with faster internet (or who are closer to the host) at the expense of those who have decent interent. It's messed up.
There are countless stories like yours on consoles and PC for AW.
There is something inherently wrong with the netcode because while previous CoDs had lag comp, it was never this bad. People's enjoyment of the game has dropped since launch because they can't even maintain a 1:1 K/D ratio thanks to the lag comp AND the Skill Based Matchmaking (SBMM).
and ya that shotty was such BS, and that is exactly why I know they aren't nerfing any guns this time either.
Also, like others said, even previous CoD games never had this much lag. Some say it is due to more people getting high speed internet than in the past. If that's true, then they need to adjust the netcode so it doesn't favor people with slower internet connections. Dedicated servers would help at least mitigate the lag comp since it can't be totally removed...
