Game using integrated graphics rather than dedicated - HELP
AW won't use my dedicated NVIDIA graphics over my intel integrated graphics. I've set my NVIDIA control panel to force it to use the dedicated graphics but it still uses integrated! Anyone got a solution to this?

Mine is 675M, perhaps the M is the problem?!

the M just means it is mobile, meaning it is a graphic card on laptop so it is not the problem.

go to nvidia control panal, manage 3d settings, find COD and tell it to use the nvidia gpu.

When I do this, the game won't load... I get black screen and cursor. It loads only with Intel graphics.

Changing the control panel settings doesn't work, as I said.

Is there a way other than the control panel for nvidia because its obviously doing Nothing to force it to run my nvidia gpu instead.?

just go in your bios and completely disable the Intel Graphics. if you have the switch for low power usage, you'll lose that, but if you use your computer mostly for gaming, why would you care ?!
Disable your integrated graphics in your device manager. Device manager -> display adapters -> right click on your integrated graphics and click disable. Restart your computer and confirm it is disabled and try COD again.

A good suggestion... unfortunately if you disable it, it switches to something called 'Microsoft Virtual Graphics' (I think thats what it was called) instead.

I changed the resolution in advanced settings to high(1440-880) then pressed esc, apply settings. And then it saw my geforce 750m. Then changed it back to 1080 and it works.

Have resolved problem thanks to NVIDIA website. This actually simply a glitch in AW with Nvidia mobile graphics, it says you're using the integrated graphics but it's actually using the dedicated graphics. You can see proof by downloading software such as GPU-Z and checking the GPU load whilst in-game, and you'll see your GPU load on your dedicated graphics will be at a high percentage (probably 99%) and your integrated graphics will be at 1-5%. So just put the graphics up to what you would normally have them and play away!
Good to know. Glad you have it fixed!
