[FIXED]Weird mouse "sensitivity" spikes
EDIT FIX:

Also suggested, make sure "mouse acceleration"/"enhance pointer accuracy" are off too just to be sure.

I personally had to set mine even lower to 125hz. But in the end it did work. Shame we can't use our mice to their full potential but its at least playable now.

~~~~~~~Original Post~~~~~~~~
I'm using a Roccat kone pure mouse for reference. No matter the DPI setting on the mouse or the sensitivity setting in game I'm getting these really weird spikes in mouse sensitivity. I'll be running down a hall and turning to look around a corner then if I try to readjust my aim back to the orginal vector I'll ending up spinning like a mad man.
Has anyone else encountered this yet? It's a pretty big barrier for entry if I want to get into this game.
I don't want to sound condescending but did you click "Apply" instead of just the "Ok" button?
I have the same Roccat software and I've made that mistake a few times myself.
Changing it to 125 seems to have alleviated the issue for me.
I clicked apply then okay to close it.
yh im having this problem also and its pretty bad for me, g502
Well I atleast know the enemy now, mouse acceleration. I've turned it off in my drivers and lowered my polling rate to rock bottom but its still happening intermittently.
If you have Fraps running, close that down (It affects mouse-movement - did that in Ghosts as well).
If that doesn't help, I have no idea (since you already tried changing polling rates.
I'm having the same problem, it's very frustrating. It's weird but i don't have the same problem in single player. Logitech G500s user. :hs:
I'm having the same issue. However my mouse software only lets me change the dpi and not the polling rate so i'm screwed. I googled it and i couldn't really find anything good. I really hope they patch this, it's completely unplayable for me.
So I fully admit to being a dumbass and having the wrong ROCCAT control panel installed. After fixing that setting the polling rate to 125hz has fixed the problem. I will update the OP.
