Personalization Packs and Any other micro dlc problems

Hey Guys!

Not sure if it's just me or if others are getting this as well where the purchase of any micro dlc will not give you anything.

I just bought 3 personalization packs and they are still locked in Advanced Warfare.
I played a few games to see if they would come as a kind of supply drop but wasn't the case as well as trying many other things up to a computer restart.

Anyone know whats up with it?

Still haven't got it, Went to activisions support only for it too take me to a forum that I apparently am unauthorized to access even though I'm logged in and no ticket system.

Starting too see that I won't be getting what I bought and the money is not just a donation instead.

Tried everything I could think of from restarting, to deselected dlc's in the list and running the game then reselecting them but still no personalization pack recieved and it's been 10 hours plus.

Just went onto AW to check again and I have now got them. Seems to take a time for it to go through.

I didn't do anything else, I just waited.
I woke up, tried AW MP and it was magicly there.

Cannot unlock Ohm Weapon or extra armory slots (installed 12/3/15) from this morning.

It seems on purchase you have to wait 24 hours for it too go through and update onto the game.

Purchased and installed on 12/3/15 all worked fine up to the new update. Still cannot access them!!!!!

That's almost a month, What did you purchase? If it's a personalization pack or extra slots which you haven't got yet I would of phoned them and all sorts by now.

Read the post , extra armory slots worked ok up until the update, Ohm worked for a short time after update then I can't access, still cannot access them!!!!!!!!!
