Cheaters streaming their gameplay

Played with a guy who was shutting everybody down.

He's so good he seemed to know where I would pop out, and his aim was so spot on that I didn't stand a chance.

After a few times of being cut down, I mumbled "wall hack."

This guy didn't like that, said he doesn't cheat because he "streams" his games.

Some of the other players believed him.

I suggest just looking at the actual gameplay, especially the KillCam.

If the guy always knows where you'll come into his field of view, and if his reflexes seem inhumanely fast, then something else must be going on, even if he's "streaming."

Pros had been streaming their games, sometimes on stage, in front of hundreds of people...yet some of them were caught cheating last year.

So for a suspected cheater to claim that he does not cheat because he "streams," that's hard to believe.

It's sad that these cheaters not only do it blatantly, they also brag about it by streaming and showing of their "incredible" reflexes.

I was agreeing with your comment until this part, I definitely am more annoyed by cheaters then people whining about it. Wish developers could figure out some surefire way to get rid of cheating once and for all!

I'm not talking about the whining here, I'm talking about the whining in-game. Specifically, the people who ♥♥♥♥♥ and curse me out when they lose. There are a handful of them who have been calling me a cheater going back to BO2, through Ghosts, and now they're on AW. Same people, same harassment on every single game.

Also when your doing that against other players who know what the deal is and winning way more then losing to that guy who has lower ping there's a problem and it ain't skill .

Well there are alot of cheaters and thats a lame question to ask or comment to make prove it or there is no proof lol really.
I like cheats is a very popular site and has thousands of people paying for that ♥♥♥♥ so your claim is nobody uses it. That to me sounds really stupid nobody has skill to know where you are at every turn every kill knowing exactly when to stop and wait or meeting at a corner and be setting up the kill before anything is in site lol wall hack not BS. aimbots are easy to detect so thats a no brainer if you know what your looking at.

I agree with what your saying about the whiners and game play experience, but there are plenty of cheats out there and you guys defend them like they dont exsist. Cheaters are a virus that ruins a persons gaming experience. Plenty of them out there also.

Sorry ZARNO maybe not correctly stated. What I ment was it seems like you guys are down playing the amount of cheaters out there proof or not they are there.
As I stated I agree with you guys on the whiners and game play experience your spot on with that but make no mistake the cheaters are alive and well.

I might add I dont accuse people of cheating unless i have watched them for a while and see consistancies in the things that make me suspicous like scoring 30 plus frags every game or just seems to be running right at you in the kill cam on every kill and cant see ♥♥♥♥. Knowing when to stop and wait just before you pop around a corner. Does that ♥♥♥♥ happen without cheats SURE but not every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game on about every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill.

It finds you on their retcile (either of their 4 reticles that makes up their crosshairs) then centers off perfectly bone aiming on the targets anatomy in a split second like he's an aiming god. The give away is how often they spot the enemy (you) on their retcile after a distict pivot. whether it be thru walls or not they spin and stop when their reticle reaches you for larger radius or just perfect snap to bone aim for small radius turns.

Remember to back out of lobbys when you report cheaters. I think they can block reports if the cheater is hosting the game.

I have played through various FPS games from consoles, now the CoD:AW on PC, that I can tell when someone's cheating. I came across a cheat site bragging about 3 versions of aim bots--Gen 3 is supposed to aim like a human, with sways. So the distinct pivot I don't see as much nowadays. It's funny you mentioned bone aiming--another cheat said you can set which bone in the target you want it to aim at. Most cheats auto-aim at the most vulnerable part, which is the head.

I suggest reviewing the KillCam every time you're killed. I have seen a "skilled" player calmly jump up, then shoot at 5 of us in Detroit, one after the other, and 4 of us were firing at him from different positions. He just went from one headshot to the next, without reloading.

Same here.

If I see 3 suspicious consecutive kills, I report and move on.

I also exit the lobby when I see the cheater. However, there are reports of temp bans when we leave a match early so the cheaters win this one.

You'd think so, but watching the kill cam only works if you're a good player. A lot of people are so bad at this game that they can't even understand the difference between a cheater and a good player.

Example: I run into a room, flick the mouse to spin nearly 180°, stop basically pointing at some guy who was sitting quietly in the corner, and kill him. To a bad player, it looks like an aimbot. To a good player, I was just checking a corner where people like to sit. What they don't see, since all they get is the kill cam, is how often I'm spinning/flicking the mouse to constantly check my surroundings.

That's the only way to reliably spot a cheater IMO - they know things they shouldn't. But if you're too bad at the game to maintain good awareness, a good player can seem like a cheater.

With the Mosh Pit maps, I am aware of the camping spots, and I check corners, depending on the spread of my teammates and the opforce on the map. It's always a fluid situation. When I'm at a high vantage point, I also keep track of what players are doing down there--I rarely see players check corners.

Your second example--a lot of suspect cheaters do that. They're sprinting, I run after them, but when I aim, boom, they drop prone, turn around, and shoot me dead. I researched this, then found out that at least one cheat detects when someone is aiming at them, and they Auto-Prone and Auto-Aim and Auto-Fire. Now I understand how some of these "skilled" players killed me within a second when they were not even aware I was right behind them.

You want to hide from me as best as you can? Don't sprint. Don't boost. Use the perk that hides you from the UAV. Use the perk that prevents death skulls from appearing on the minimap when you kill someone. Use a suppressor and hope the enemy isn't using the microphone attachment. Don't run near your teammates. Fake out your enemy by running unusual routes. Don't camp because I will find you sooner rather than later.

I have the ninja perks on, and cheaters always know where I am, even when no UAVs were in the air.

I keep my ears open for the UAV callouts, even with the ninja perks, as I'm not sure if there's a glitch with the UAVs.

I do this, when I suspect a player is cheating, I hide and camp in a corner and the cheat always found me. This is when I leave the match. Also when they start spamming with 4 War Birds and 5 System Hacks, and their scores were 1,000, 200, 200, 100, 0, and 0.

Especially the cheaters who vehemently deny they're cheating, then claim they don't cheat because they stream their games. BS.

I guess you haven't met the players at Level 1 who run around with different weapons gunning down everybody with unlimited ammo and no need to reload...and they stay at Level 1 even after 3 matches.

He might point out that even if you aren't using wallhacks, an aimbot might not be obvious with a camera over the shoulder as long as you kind of move your hand like your guy is moving on screen.

Like I said, if people want to think you're cheating, nothing is going to stop them.

this is first COD where a lot people stream that are very good, before it was a handful of people I remember suggesting good players stream in ghosts and people bashed the hell out of me, fast forward one year and everyone is streaming doing MLG stuff.

seems the 1337 room is getting packed nowadays how times change.... I do believe a lot of really good players exist but I also believe there are just as many pretending to be MLG, streaming, not using aimbot but just having overlay wallhack and making it seem like they have great awareness.

obviously other then a few cases of people hard scoping corners and then putting gun back down as i stop short and then raising again when I do decide to round corner is the only real evidence i've ever been able to produce... the best bet we have is just to play legit and try to have fun with the game and let the cheaters get banned slowly and just not to worry so much about what other people are doing.

is it a bit much, yeah probably but thats because of the saturation of noobie hackers that great lengths have to be taken to prove legitness.
