Help me, COD AW Camo issue

its not really an issue but okey.... i bought 2 camos for the guns on ps3 for my account that i had to create, a new one, because the psn was for uk, and i had to create a new account... and i would be level 1 on cod aw.... and i want to share this camos to my other account so i can play with them.... but when i go to the store and download them, they are only 100kb and it download super fast, so it wont give me an option to download in background.... so i cant download them to other account, it also wont sign in from another account with that email that i bought the camos.... and i really want them to use them on my other account..... because the camos are only on that account i bought, not on the others, only the one i bought.... i read somewhere that the personalization packs cant be shared, that they are personal or something like that.... and u cant share them.... but i want to know if i can share it somehow in any way.... i just got the hbra insanity which is a total beast and i want to use the xray or the jackpot camo on it, but it wont let me, but if i go to the account with no camos.... il need to buy it again.... can someone help me somehow please... i really want to share the camos on my other accounts. Wait, you bought camo's ?!
Since when is that even remotely necessary for having fun playing a game ?
Does a camo improve your gameplay or does it miraculously add an extra +9 on damage, range, fire rate, mobility, ...?

I'm pretty sure buying virtual colors are just a waste of money.
There's already a decent amount of games being pimped out this way, some skins are free, others are to be purchased. Totally pointless, just saying...
I hate it, that's for sure. Maybe because it went as far as raping a good game like Counterstrike GO.

If one of my fellow soldiers would go to battle holding an assault rifle with a some flashy camo on it.... I would shoot him myself, he doesn't even have to march to the battlefield.

I think it's a huge mistake from CoD.
it seems like they offer little to no support to tranfer stuff between accounts, eventhough the accounts belong to one player only.
i see the logic why they 'd like to keep each account unique in order for them to make more money as the player needs to buy stuff for each account separately.
Then again, i think it's stupid that it has to be that way because it's just a videogame, right ?

Hell, i came to the conclusion that i don't like new games as much as older games.
There was a time... you bought a finished game, installed it and played for hours...
Now it's more like paying a lot for half a game and pay for dlc's if you want the whole game.
Obligated to create multiple accounts or don't bother playing at all...
It's getting crazy.
