Enemies do not highlight when rescuing prime minister

In the prime minister rescue mission (Traffic), enemies are supposed to highlight so they can be marked, but nothing highlights, I can't mark targets and the PM gets shot every time. I'm stuck and ready do give up. Any ideas. This is a PC game.

if its the part where your leaving the building then as far as i can remember it tells you to hit 4 to take control of your flying saucer and then they highlight in red.

yes you highlight them all red when this is done you will get your weapon to kill them dont hit the hostages

I think I know which part you mean. Let me know if it's not.

You're talking about the part once you've entered the building after using the drone spy on where everyone is located. Once you get outside the conference room, you're told that you and another soldier have to deploy some devices to the wall so that you can see inside to mark them. The closest two are usually easy to quickly mark but the two further away sometimes get a little tricky.

Just try moving around a bit. You know more or less where they are. Just keep moving your weapon around until they highlight and mark them. Then hit the key to confirm and shoot one of them.

If it still won't allow you to mark them because they aren't hightlighted, try reloading from a checkpoint or starting the mission over from the start. Sometimes these things just get glitched and there's nothing that can be done other than trying it again from a checkpoint or the beginning.

You only have to worry about hitting one of them. Your team mates will get the rest.

Thanks folks. I tried re-starting the mission, and still the enemies do not highlight. I will see if there's a patch or something to fix it. It just doesn't work as it's supposed to.
