How to Throw an EMP Grenade?

Can someone telll me how to throw an EMP Grenade?

think you need to press Q and then tap F to change the various grenades.

Go thru grenade training in single player...Onscreen prompts tell u the keys to use... dont leave the training till u feel your good enough to do it

First guy's advice worked and no sir I'm not going back to train just learn damn controls. It was only when confronted with an AST that I needed it I got throught just fined to that point without using EMPs

Carry one of those MOL's, 6-8 hits with it and they drop. Beats spending 2-3 emp's to knock one out.
