How to contact Activision Support by Phone

i have just spoken to activision tech support by phone about a lot of these issues members are having and i was informed each person having any of these problems needs to contact them directly themselves by phone.

FALSE CPU does not meet minimum spec

Unknown Error / Fatal Error / disc read error

Servers Unavailable / cannot connect to server

Connection lost

still showing pre load and not downloading game

game will not launch for SP or MP

Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)

service not available

insufficient free disk space

lag / fps drop / stuttering

Direct3DDevice::Present Failed

Audio Sync Issues in Cut-scenes

mouse acceleration problem

Singleplayer: Fatal Error, Steam must be running (while Steam is running)

download Xinput1_3.dll and overwrite your old one in your C:\Windows\System32
i had the same prob yesterday and thats how i fixed it

FOUND A FIX FOR "game will not launch for SP or MP" any 1 need help add me as friend ill help..............i have cod gosts and wen you luanch the game from its folder it gives you a missing dll file thing ....... that dll file is also in ur other cod files witch u just copy and past in ur cod advanced warfare file ...... then it will give u an erro wen u lanch about the filesyscheck file witch is in ur main file in cod gosts copy and past that into ur cod advanced main file and it should lusnch ur game ...... any other errors just check what files ur cod gost or other cod game has witch ur cod advanced doesent have and copy and past it .... just get the erro file name and look for the missing file ..... its as easy as that ..... any other errors ill be happy to help just inv me on steam

could be a driver problem. whats your spec and which graphics driver you got loaded.

I have a GTX 660 and I have the latest driver installed.

I am running an i7 4770K and 16GB RAM. I should be able to run this game no problem but it won't even launch.

EDIT: Can't call the call center for the free weekend, THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND. Lol @ the irony. This sucks. I love the CoD series. I have a machine that should be able to run this no problem but I can't even get in the stupid game. I'm irritated.
