Bug: Can't slide. (Spoilers)

In the mission to run after Irons, I can't slide through the thing, my character just crouches - Hold Crouch doesn't count as the slide button and press to crouch is the real button, but it doesn't work nomatter which way I go about.

Also, if I prone I can get through but when you have to melee the soldier, I lose immediately after pushing him away, how am I supposed to do?!

Hold crouch does work. You need to use both Hold Crouch AND the Run keys to make it work. Still getting past that soldier will require perfect timing to get by. I must have done it 30 times or so before I got past him.

It still doesn't work but I somehow managed to push the soldier and win... Thank you anyway

Use controller.

You don't have to use controller. It just takes a while for the game to "recognize" the keys I guess. It took me a while but it finally worked for me by keybinding that move to 'V' key. Try it yourself, and see if that works.

Did you rebind your crouch key? I had this issue and apparently "Crouch" does not trigger a slide while sprinting if rebound. A temporary workaround is using "Hold to Crouch" instead, this functions properly for the sliding function.

At first I had Ctrl (Hold), then when it didn't work, I assigned C to Crouch (not hold), that didn't work either, so I assigned Ctrl to (not hold) and it still doesn't work.

I found out I had time to prone and then get up real quickly to complete the mission
