Game Won't Boot

So, i click play on Steam, and it pops up a little window saying "Installing DirectX for Microsoft Windows" and then that window dissappears, leaving me back where I was at the beginning. I am running Steam as an admin.

Any help?

Full system specs please?

you probably have mutliple direct X installs , id suggest running CCleaner

I also have this problem..... first on day zero tell me about the direct x error... i reinstall CoD and now dont boot. I click steam start checking my account and then nothing happend.

My PC specs are: two way SLI Nvidia 690 GTX, 32 GB RAM, SSD HD 500 GB, Core i7-3770K @ 3.5GHz, Windows 8.1 Pro.

For you i'd try turning off sli if you haven't done that?

i clean registrer of my pc, reintall all the nvidia drivers and update the new one of yesterday. I install some other dlls that i search on google that could help.... Now the error is diferent: this:

Couldnt load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is run from the correct folder.

What can i do?

Dll's from where? that doesn't sound good to me

steam_api64.dll & bink2w64.dll into system 32.... i remove them and now i get the same problem i click the game and just dont do nothing!!!!!!!!!!! i am getting crazy.

Verify your game files, then try that.

If that doesn't work run game from the Steam apps folder
