The solution is very simple. Just update your video card driver. I had the same issue and found the solution. Suppose if you have nvidia or ATI just go to their respective websites and install the latest drivers. If you can't find it here is the nVIDIA link : http://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in

The rest is up to you. Find out your system specs and download the right file

Also never ever simply update to the latest driver just because Nvidia Control Panel tells you there is one. You have to read the driver details to determine what games the driver is targeted for. I found for CODAW the best range of drivers was 344.60 - 344.75. Try rolling back and if your in SLI, turn it of AW doesn't care for SLI.
