Broken graphics on RT 9070 XT?

Just built a new pc with fresh new copy of amd drivers/windows & graphics are broken.
Any known fixes for this? idk if its your typical old cod games hate amd & their drivers issues.

Any one have a solution? I have tried resting graphic settings & enabling pre-load shader caching
Also tried setting gpu preference to RT 9070 XT & disabled optimisations for windowed games in windows settings

I also just installed AW, to replay the campaign and the moment the first cutscene was done, all light sources were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

100% Driver issues.
