Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Gold not working

So as you can tell from the title, CoD AW G is not working. I looked around, and saw that I had CoD Advanced Warfare Gold in my library. I tried playing it and it let me start it up like normal. I went to the zombies mode, which it said it automatically gives you. But when I tried to play a game, it said "Additional Content Required" and told me I had to purchase the downloadable content to access the zombies mode. I do have screenshots of Steam saying I have it, and of the game saying I don't. Please help. Thank you for taking the time to read! :D

when did you buy the game? before april 7th or after.

gold was released on april 7th and replaced the original game.
if you bought before april 7th you get nada,zip,ziltch,nothing.

if you bought after april 7th you get Havoc dlc ONLY as it came as part of the gold release package.
it says you have gold as the original game doesnt exist anymore but it doesnt mean you get the free maps.

Same here I bought Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Gold Edition 3 days ago! I downloaded the full game 41,5 and 6,6 GB and when i go to Exo Zombies mode it says "Additional content required (Gold Edition)" but in steam i see : Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Gold Edition is already in your library. Help me please i really want to play exo zombie mode

you will only have 1 zombie map which is connected to the havoc dlc which you got free.
to get all the zombie maps you will need to buy the season pass.
