Gold edition but no exo zombies
I decided to return to AW to relive some of the moments, and turns out i actually really enjoyed this game's multiplayer. i thought it was criminally underrated and its bad reputation was unjustified. I looked on the steam store to realize that there was only the "gold edition" still on steam listed at full price. Steam tells me that i apparently already own the gold edition, despite me never getting it (i did preorder the game back when it launched, so maybe that was it?) The banner for the gold edition says that it includes exo zombies as well as 4 DLC maps, though when i tried to access the exo zombies gamemode, it tells me it's unavailable because i don't have it. i quickly checked my owned DLC and i have 7 that are already installed - Adv. Arsenal Exo bullet Brass, Adv Arsenal EM1 quantum, Atlas Gorge map, Day Zero AK-12G, Day Zero Crossbow-B2, Digital Personalization Pack, and the BOIII Prepurchase bonus pack. I've been trying to figure out if i actually have the gold edition, or if the gold edition actually includes exo zombies or not. Anyone have any insight into this?

I found some information. Keep in mind this is from steam conversations and what I say may not be 100% true. Apparently, on the 8th of April 2015 Activision, the publisher of the game, fixed the problem. If you bought the game before the date I wrote, you have no add-ons from the gold edition. If you bought it anytime after the date I wrote, you get the Havoc Dlc which includes the first exo-zombies map. The regular version of the game has been removed and you can only buy the gold edition.
The game lost interest quickly for the players and for Activision. Now, there is no multiplayer at all. Loyal players who bought the gold edition of the game around the time it was released don't get nothing while the new players get all the benefits.

This is quite an old topic, but I do encounter the same problem. Steam tells me I have the gold edition, but no exo-zombies. I have a pop-up on my screen whenever I try to play saying I need to buy a map or the season pass. I do not have any DLC, but the exo-zombies should be tehnically included if I have the gold edition. Found any solutions?

Did you check it if you had it installed in managing DLCS

Unfortunately, i have not found a solution yet and i've stopped searching since then. Hope someone else comes across with some knowledge!

I do have all of this DLC installed, and no others appear to be listed

no one in their right mind is gonna ask a steam user for assistance, even of a valve employee. There are official help pages for that. Don't do this
