CoD 11：Cinematic Cutscene no sound

the audio in game works fine, only the Cutscene got no sound, anyone know why and got the solution? thanks

go to audio in game and set it to stereo thatr fixe dmy problem its a surround sound mode that thinks you have more than 2 speakers
