I think the best car depends on the race. It's mostly about acceleration and top speed though. Handling is useless as it only makes the cars harder to steer (unless your handling is very low). Nitro is nice, but on the longer tracks with lots of rounds (which are all races in expert and above) better top speed and acceleration will easily make up for any amount of Nitro you may have. I think the Touring is the most balanced car (with very good acceleration and a pretty good top speed as well). I would try the Bigrig maybe, it has the highest top speed in the game.

The best race by far for farming money is Suburbia, it's stupidly easy to win since the AI is an absolute fail on that one. You can even stop and turn back to collect money if you miss it.

thats what i tried too ;) i only wasnt sure if it was the best money/time ratio :D:
i also finally made all races with the touring sometimes i got defeated cause of a low top speed but its ok. the worst map overall is ruins in my eyes

Oh, and I hate ruins. I hate it, hate it, hate it.

I found if you can get out of the pack at the start, then top speed doesn't really matter, as the AI will mess up the bends and led you alone for most of the race. I've got most of the way through just with a fully upgrade Racer without too much trouble.

yea but sometimes on tracks with many straight parts this isnt enough all the time. but never mind i got my 100% ;)

Not found a better car than the Touring... certainly feel that the Ruins are the hardest tracks and the Suburbia are a tad too easy even on Master :happymeat:

Roadster/Suburbia/Master (the final Suburbia race on Master) is the fastest way to make money I have found. If you're lucky you can get 1-3 money pickups which makes it even better money for the time spent.

What Honorable_D says: they forelast map being Suburbia and having a prize of $875 means that you usually easily pick up at least $1000 each race.

Ruins is just evil.
oh god THE RUINS!! THE RUINS!!!

No really Ruins are just straight a pain in the ass so bumpy that you sometimes can't even get arround the corner because you can't steer because you are jumping like a rubber ball.

I agree with Suburbia best to get money in no time.
